I love writing. I love food. Those are two interests that have stayed constant throughout my life. So why not combine the two? Perfect! Trying out different food is like almost like traveling; you get to experience different smells, tastes, and atmospheres. It brings a bit of the culture to you, even if you didn't leave your home. Pumpkin Muffins

I found this delicious, not-too-sweet recipe for Pumpkin Muffins on Epicurious. If you want to turn them into dessert, put a little cream cheese frosting on top.

Saturday, Mr. Long and I will head out to the Hood River Fruit Loop. Heirloom Apples, pumpkins, alpacas, wine, cider, apple butter, and Autumnal coziness. Yay!
